Converging Media Technologies (Innovative Communication Technologies and Entrepreneurship) (Copenhagen)

Creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship. With ICTE you will become a MSc engineer with a profound knowledge of the interplay between technologies, users and markets. Today, we witness how services and devices converge, physical objects become connected (Internet of Things), and data and services move to ”the cloud” (cloud computing). Personalised media, green ICT, intelligent transport systems, connected TV, mobile payment and mobile learning are some of the areas in which we work.

You will explore your creative skills and develop innovative and intelligent services based on concrete user needs. You will learn theories and methods related to entrepreneurship and application of ICT in companies and organizations. We educate engineers, who understand the huge potential of this field and can turn it into new services and business opportunities.

The theme of the programme at AAU-Cph is “Converging media technologies”. You can choose one of the following tracks:

  • Business development
  • Secure services and technologies

ICTE is also offered in Aalborg with the theme “Telecom infrastructures” and tracks covering Cognitive Radio and eHealth.
